Battle In The Skies

I had only 15 minutes left to click something...so I thought I would visit this lake. I saw some awesome birds like the Pied Kingfisher, Black Ibis, White-throated Kingfisher, Purple Sunbird and some other interesting birds.

Nobody would be interested in photographing this pretty common Black Kite - a member of the Raptor family - but I was tracking one and I thought I would get a picutre of this one instead. I noticed they were fighting over a little twig and thought this would make a great shot. I tried 4-5 times to get a shot and eventually got this one..:)

I was using my Canon 450d DSLR and a 75-300mm lens.
