Female Strength In Little Rann
This picture was taken at The Little Rann of Kutch. This whole area extends northeast from the Gulf of Kutch over 5,100 sq km. It used to be an extension of the Arabian Sea, but has been closed off for centuries by silting.
The term Rann means 'Salt Marsh' and that is basically what this place is like. It is a mudflat that is inundated with visitors during the Monsoons and the rest of the time the earth is salty and cracked.
I think this picture shows just how strong and independant women can be and they can fight all adversity.
